Whilst still at IBM, Latham was approached by the manager of The Shamen to produce album covers and computer animation for the band. Latham has been a big fan of their hit single “Love Sex Intelligence” and Colin from The Shamen was a fan of Latham’s mutation artwork. He was given a free reign to produce artwork in his style for the band an he also directed music videos. Work with The Shamen, combined with early games work, formed a valuable source of work and included cross over work into fashion.
